As a strategic advisor and executive coach, I partner with leaders and teams to gain clarity, strengthen decision-making, and achieve meaningful results aligned with their values and business objectives. Drawing on cross-sector experience in leadership, people, and transformation, I work with leaders and organizations to drive growth, strengthen performance, and translate ambition into action. My experience spans the public, private, and entrepreneurial sectors, providing a broad perspective on the opportunities and challenges leaders face in complex environments.

Known for building trusted relationships and communicating with authenticity, I have worked with executives and organizations across diverse industries and international markets. These experiences have strengthened my ability to navigate complexity, understand context, and advise leaders facing unfamiliar challenges and opportunities.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, completed executive coach training at the graduate level through Royal Roads University, and am accredited by the International Coaching Federation.
